1. Same Day Removal Service Required｜Operated by ElecBoy (Terms and Conditions). Collect same type of old appliance on the delivery date.
2. Standard Removal Service Required｜Operated by ALBA-IWS (Terms and Conditions) under additional services in product page. The soonest removal date will be 4 working days after the purchase date.

Customer who purchase regulated electrical appliances, including air conditioners, washing machines, dehumidifiers, tumble dryers, refrigerators, televisions, computers, printers, scanners, and monitors can request Standard Removal Service or Same-day Removal Service.
