安裝服務流程
Installation Service Flow
1. 選擇安裝服務
揀選心儀產品後，於產品頁的附加服務中的安裝服務揀選所需的選項，如「需要安裝服務由代理提供」。
2. 確認已選擇的安裝服務
於購物車中的附加服務查看及確認已選擇的安裝服務。
3. 選擇安裝日期
選擇運送日期及時間後，選擇安裝日期，最快將於最快送貨日後第1個工作日。(實際安裝時段由代理商另行通知)
4. 查閱安裝服務詳情
完成交易後，你可以於訂單紀錄或訂單摘要電郵中查閱安裝服務的購買紀錄。

based on your needs. E.g. Installation Service Required｜Installation by Supplier.
2. Confirm the Chosen Installation Service
Check and confirm the chosen installation service in cart page.
3. Choose the Installation Date
After choosing the delivery date and time, please choose the installation date. The soonest installation date would be one working day after delivery date. (Supplier will contact you for actual installation time.)
4. Check Installation Service Details
After transaction is made, you can check the purchase record in "Order History" and order summary email to review service details.

會否協助移除舊機？
你可以選購產品時，於產品頁的附加服務中的除舊服務揀選「需要標準除舊服務」(服務由歐綠保提供｜按此了解條款及細則)。最快可於下單後第4個工作日回收舊機。
安裝前會否有人先通知我？
安裝師傅會於安裝當日與您聯絡安排安裝時間。
標準安裝服務有沒有額外收費？
如因應實際情況須收取標準安裝以外之額外安裝費用，安裝師傅會即埸向您報價及收款。
安裝前可以自行開箱嗎？
我們建議等待安裝師傅開箱，如安裝師傅到場發現顧客已自行開箱及貨品有任何花損，客人可能須另付有關維修費用。
如果產品發現有問題怎麼辦？
如安裝師傅到場開箱檢查貨品後證實產品品質不符合生產標準，代理商會因應情況為您安排更換貨品，您亦可以於收貨後10日內透過WhatsApp 向我們聯絡，客戶服務專員將會盡快為你跟進。
安裝後如何安排保養？
安裝師傅確認貨品質量沒有問題及完成安裝後，代理商會為貨品提供相關保養服務。你可以參考以下產品維修中心地址。
Any removal service will be provided?
You may choose "Standard Removal Service Required｜Operated by ALBA-IWS (Click here to read the Terms and Conditions) " under additional services in product page. The soonest removal date will be 4 working days after the purchase date.
Will someone notify me before installation?
The installation technician will contact you on the installation date by phone before arrival.
Any extra fee for standard installation service?
In case any additional installation fee is required subject to actual situation, the installation technician will quote you the amount and please settle by cash on site.
May I unbox before installation?
Please do not open the product packing and wait for the installation technician to unbox. If it is found that the product packing was unboxed with manmade damage before the installation technician visit, customer may need to pay for the related repairment fee.
What if I have a problem with the product after receiving it?
If the product with any quality discrepancies and confirmed by the installation technician, supplier will arrange product exchange or customer can contact us to submit return of refund request. Please contact us via WhatsApp within 10 days after receiving it.
How to arrange warranty?
Once the installation technician confirmed the product’s quality is up to the manufacturer’s standards and installation is completed, supplier will start providing standard warranty service for its product. For supplier information, please refer to Product Service Centre.

雪櫃安裝服務安排
我們會為雪櫃產品提供免費拆箱及埋位服務，但不包括即場移除及棄置舊機。請預留足夠放置空間。

1. Table stand installation is the default option. If you need a wallmount installation, please contact us via WhatsApp .
2. If you have selected installation service by supplier, supplier will contact you for installation time. Product delivery and installation dates may be different.
3. After receiving the product, please do not open the package box. We suggest you wait until technician's on-site visit to open it. Product liability will however be borne by customer in the case that the package box was opened other than by installation technicians.

We provide unpacking and moving appliance service for fridge. Not included same-day waste appliance collection service. Please reserve enough space.
