ElecBoy x Mastercard Spending Offer Terms and Conditions

This Promotion Offer is only applicable to a cardholder (“Cardholder”) holding a valid Mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau Mastercard(“Eligible Mastercard”). An “Eligible Transaction” occurs when a Cardholder makes a transaction through ElecBoy eShop and uses his/her Eligible Mastercard to pay for all relevant fares and fees associated with that transaction.
Offer is not applicable for transactions made through Apple Pay and Google Pay on ElecBoy eShop.
The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or promotional discount coupons.
Only one promo code can be used in each transaction. The promo code must be used during checkout, which cannot be used after the transaction is completed.
The offer cannot be exchanged for cash/ service, other products or discounts and is not transferable.
ElecBoy and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as well as to vary or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, the decision of ElecBoy and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final and binding.
The Offer is only applicable to Cardholders whose Eligible Mastercard accounts are determined at the sole discretion of the Bank to be in good standing and remain valid and not in default during the relevant Promotion Period.
Any fraud and/or abuse of the Offer by any person (as determined by ElecBoy and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited at their sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the Offer. ElecBoy and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited reserve the right to deduct the value of any Offer redeemed inappropriately to a Cardholder directly from any of the Cardholder’s Eligible Mastercard without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions herein, the English version shall prevail.

Spending Offer: HKD120 Instant discount Terms and Conditions:

Promotion period: from 3 Mar to 30 Apr 2025 (time refers to Hong Kong time).
Cardholder has to settle the payment for an Eligible transaction (any single transaction of HKD2,000) with an Eligible Mastercard issued in Hong Kong at ElecBoy eShop and successfully apply the promo code EBP-MC120 at checkout to enjoy the instant discount of HKD120.
Offer is not applicable for transactions made through Apple Pay and Google Pay on ElecBoy eShop.
Each cardholder can enjoy this offer at most on each phrase; the maximum entitlement of each qualifying transaction is HKD120. Quota will be reset at 10:00 a.m. on each Monday. The quota will be first come first served and will be subject to availability without prior notice. The quota for each stage is as follows:
