Extended Warranty Period
ElecBoy TotalCover Extended Warranty Service provides you extra 12 or 24 months of extended warranty after the original product manufacturer warranty period.
Example: Customer has purchased a steam oven with 1 year of original product manufacturer warranty. Customer can purchase TotalCover Extended Warranty to get 12 or 24 months extended warranty period. Details are as following:

TotalCover Extended Warranty is eligible for most ElecBoy products. Electronic appliances or gadgets under $4,000 with 3 years of less original manufacturer warranty period are eligible.

*$4,000 product price limit does not apply to mobile products; Mobile with selling price between $4,001 to $20,000 can also purchase the extended warranty service.
#Under no circumstances shall the services extend to cover any loss or damage to a person or property for any loss of profit, incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages or any direct or indirect loss including but not limited to losses incurred due to any delay in rendering service under this Contract.
^The product will be inspected and we will determine whether the service request is under the coverage of this Contract. On confirmation of the above, you will either get a brand new product as replacement or, an eVoucher worth 30% of your original purchase price of the Product.

Warranty Service Related
When will TotalCover Extended Warranty start?
TotalCover Extended Warranty will be started on the first day after the original product manufacturer warranty period has ended. The extended warranty period will be either 12 or 24 months.
What is the difference between TotalCover Extended Warranty and original product manufacturer warranty?
After the original product manufacturer warranty period has ended, TotalCover Extended Warranty Service will continue to offer warranty service for your product.
Can TotalCover Extended Warranty Service can be bought after transaction is made?
Customer has to buy the TotalCover Extended Warranty Service together with the product, which cannot be bought after transaction is made.
If no product replacement or eVoucher have been arranged during TotalCover Extended Warranty Period, will the service be extended automatically?
TotalCover Extended Warranty Service will be ended when it comes to the expiry date of the service. Even if no service request has been successfully made, the extended warranty service will not be extended.
When will TotalCover Extended Warranty Service be ended?
TotalCover Extended Warranty Service will be ended when it comes to the expiry date of the plan, or when a service request has been successfully made to product replacement/ get an eVoucher.
Can I buy the TotalCover Extended Warranty Service again after the plan is expired?
TotalCover Extended Warranty Service will be ended when it comes to the expiry date of the plan. No extra plan can be bought after that.
Can I cancel the TotalCover Extended Warranty Service?
The TotalCover Extended Warranty Service cannot be cancelled once it has been purchased.
Service Request Related
Within the TotalCover Extended Warranty Service period, do I have to go to the manufacturer warranty centre to fix the product?
Customer does not need to visit the manufacturer warranty centre. Customer only needs to submit the service request via service portal, then our customer service specialist will follow up the case.
Any extra charge for TotalCover Extended Warranty Service?
Customer only needs to pays for the extended warranty service plan fee. There will be no extra charge such as fixing fee or delivery fee etc.
How many product replacement can be arranged within the TotalCover Extended Warranty Service period?
You can either replace product or get an eVoucher for once. your TotalCover Extended Warranty Service will be ended after the replacement or eVoucher have been arranged.
Can I change the service option after a service request has been made?
You have to decide either replace the product or get an eVoucher when making service request. Once the service request has been made, you cannot switch to another option.
If the product has been fixed in product manufacturer warranty centre before, will it affect the coverage of TotalCover Extended Warranty Service?
If the product has been replaced to different model, different color or different IMEI etc. during the original warranty period, please inform us about the change. If customer does not inform us about it, we may reject the service request in the future.
In what circumstance will the service request be rejected?
TotalCover Extended Warranty Service will be ended when it comes to the expiry date of the plan, or when a service request has been successfully made to product replacement/ get an eVoucher.
If the service request has been rejected, how will ElecBoy handle the product?
We will return the product to customer's address.
