If no elevator service is available at the premises, we will additionally charge you a delivery fee for each floor except the ground floor. Regarding the charges of large products delivery and other additional charges, these shall be paid to the delivery staff directly.
If Typhoon Signal 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is announced by Hong Kong Observatory on the delivery day, your order will have the following arrangement:

Your scheduled delivery will be canceled. Your order will be delivered in same timeslot of next working day.
If the extreme weather warning signal is still hoisted in next working day, the delivery date will postponed again to the next working date.

Delivery is not available to compulsory testing’s address, Quarantine Centre, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Changsha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O, any areas where trucks are prohibited from entering. Yes, please let our delivery team know when you receive a reminder from them to receive your goods, that they have your consent to leave the goods there for you to collect later. Please note that you must bear all risks and ElecBoy is not responsible for risks arising from the above-mentioned delivery arrangement including loss of shipment. If building management office or reception refuse our delivery team to take photo as record, we will return the goods and reschedule another delivery date for you as soon as possible.
