If you have chosen delivery time other than Tuesdays or Thursdays, we will contact you to rearrange the delivery.

Delivery is not available to Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Changsha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O, any areas where trucks are prohibited from entering. Due to limited space in pickup point, order exceeding certain quantity of items will not be able to select Self-pickup service. If above situations occur, our customer service specialist will contact you to change the delivery method, which may lead to 1-2 working days delay on delivery.

It usually takes 1-2 working days for pickup order to arrive to the pickup points (from the date that the order has been confirmed and shipped). Our delivery team will send you a SMS pickup notification when the order has arrived at the pickup point. Please follow the instruction with the pickup code to collect your order with 24 hours after receiving the SMS pickup notification.

Self-pickup order cannot be amended. If you have given the wrong phone number or other details after placing an order, please contact SF directly for an update (Hotline: 2730 0273).

If you cannot pick up the products from pickup point on the selected date or within the time limit specified in the SMS notification, our partner will collect the products from pickup point and rearrange another delivery at additional charge.
