Delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday (Except Public Holidays). The delivery timeslot is from 9:00am to 6:00pm.


You may enjoy free standard delivery service to your purchase of HK$500 or above. There will be $50 delivery service charge for purchase less than HK$500.

Under normal circumstances, in-stock product can choose next day delivery (except for Sunday & Public Holiday), daily order cut off time will be 9pm. Delivery quotas are on first-come-first-serve basis, please refer to checkout page for available delivery date.

Delivery service is only available at addresses located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Delivery service is only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays for below areas: Stonecutters Island, Kwai Chung Container Terminal, Lung Kwu Tan/Tap Shek Kok, Mong Hau Shek, Chuk Yuen Village/Lian Ma Hang Road/Luo Wu Road, Airport Area, Shek O/Big Wave Bay. If you have chosen delivery time other than Tuesdays or Thursdays, we will contact you to rearrange the delivery.

Delivery is not available to Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Changsha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O, any areas where trucks are prohibited from entering. Delivery service is also not available for below outlaying islands: Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Changsha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O, any areas where trucks are prohibited from entering.

If no elevator service is available at the premises, we will additionally charge you a delivery fee for each floor except the ground floor. Regarding the additional charges, these shall be paid to the delivery staff directly. For details of the additional charges, please refer to here.

If you wish to change the delivery address, date or time, you can fill in the form in 2 days before scheduled delivery and our customer service specialist will follow up with you as soon as possible.

Self-pickup Service

You may enjoy free self-pickup service to your purchase of HK$500 or above. There will be $50 delivery service charge for purchase less than HK$500.

You can choose from 1,800+ pickup points. Please click here for more details of the pickup point locations and business hours.

Some products may not be available for self-pickup service due to the size or fragile issue. You can see which products offer Self-pickup service on the product page. Due to limited space in pickup point, order exceeding certain quantity of items will not be able to select Self-pickup service. If above situations occur, our customer service specialist will contact you to change the delivery method, which may lead to 1-2 working days delay on delivery.

It usually takes 1-2 working days for pickup order to arrive to the pickup points (from the date that the order has been confirmed and shipped). Our delivery team will send you a SMS pickup notification when the order has arrived at the pickup point. Please follow the instruction with the pickup code to collect your order with 24 hours after receiving the SMS pickup notification.

Self-pickup order cannot be amended. If you have given the wrong phone number or other details after placing an order, please contact SF directly for an update (Hotline: 2730 0273).

If you cannot pick up the products from pickup point on the selected date or within the time limit specified in the SMS notification, our partner will collect the products from pickup point and rearrange another delivery at additional charge. If the order is unpicked in 5 days upon arrival in pickup point, we will cancel the order and a handling fee, being 30% of the original product’s purchase price will be charged.

3 types of inventory status will be shown in product page, the shipping time will be depending on the status:

In stock: Inventory is available in warehouse. Earliest delivery date can be next day.

Pre-order: We will order the product from supplier after receiving your order. Earliest delivery date will be 14 days after you have placed your order.

Out of Stock: No inventory in warehouse. We will replenish again after we receive inventory from supplier.
